Miti’s fusion udon combines a great dashi – carrot , spring onion and special potatoe and pea broth combined with the classic ingredients. This fusion udon was beautifully spiced and flavoured. Not too much of anything, great flavour, clean and moorish. Fresh ingredients broccoli, asparagus, prawns and chicken.
