Lobster Pasta @ The Mayfair Hotel

The Mayfair Hotel near Green Park has always been known for some stunning food and drink.

Today’s sampling was a Lobster Pasta (with a hint of chilli).

The portion size was spot on for a quick bite. This is not one that will fill you up all day, but perfect for a working day with room for extras.

 
The flavour was spot on – which made a dish we’ve samples around the world – refreshing.

Sometimes the simplest concepts can fly or die.

The pasta was spot on and nicely al dente. 

Today it worked well.

Would we eat it again ? Yes.

Would we recommend it for a date or friend ? Yes.
